Why not wear a white clinical coat?

It seems that his life long theme is, how to make his clients visit his office in a more comfortable and casual atmosphere. Not wearing a white clinical coat is one of the ways to show his attitude in concert with this theme. A tie and a shirt does seem friendlier. How about wearing jeans? May be a little too casual in Japan for now?
